About Us
Global Horizon Solutions is a 8(a) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) joint venture comprised of Ellos Global and OTHSolutions, Incorporated. We offer a unique and complementary blend of technical and domain expertise that enable our national security clients to solve their toughest challenges.
Global Horizon Solutions is singularly focused on providing best-in-class personnel and tailored problem-solving approaches which most effectively operationalize strategy and deliver results.
OTHSolutions is led by principals who have worked in DHS since 2003 and are currently managing 15 active contracts within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Federal Emergency Management Agency as well as the Office of the Secretary.

Olga Argüello
Olga Argüello’s career highlights include public service at the White House, various positions in the Executive branch, Senior Consultant for IBM Global Business Service, and Managing Director of Ellos Global, a management consulting firm she founded in March 2012.

Hector oversees all operational aspects across the firm in addition to executive duties including legal, management and strategy – to ensure that short and long term operations remain functioning and meet business standards.

Bill has 30 years of experience working on national security issues in a wide variety of roles. As President and CEO of OTHSolutions, his experience in national security and vision for a best-in-class organization brought OTHSolutions to life.
